How the shelf is organised

Yarn Haven lists 22 lines in total, across 5 shelves. Where a maker prints a size, a count or a material, Yarn Haven puts it on the product page; where they do not, the field stays blank.

How an order is handled

1. You pay at checkout, and Yarn Haven does not take card details by phone or by email.
2. Yarn Haven picks and packs within 1–2 business days and emails the tracking number as the label scans; the carrier then takes 3–7 business days to a US address.
3. Yarn Haven ships free on orders of $25.00 or more inside the United States; below that the flat rate is $4.25.
