Yarn Haven collects the smallest amount of information needed to take an order at 45 Avenue A and deliver it. This page says what that is and what happens to it.

    Name, delivery address, email address and phone number when you place an order; the contents of that order; and the standard server log entries every website receives. Yarn Haven does not collect card numbers – those go straight to the payment provider.

  3. Why Yarn Haven holds it

    To pick the order, print the label, answer a question about it later, and meet United States tax record-keeping rules.

  4. Who else sees it

    The carrier gets the delivery address. The payment provider gets what it needs to take payment. Nobody else receives customer data from Yarn Haven, and it is never sold.

  5. Cookies

    The store uses cookies to keep a cart together between pages and to keep you signed in. Yarn Haven does not run advertising trackers on yarnhaven.shop.

  6. How long it is kept

    Order records are kept as long as United States tax rules require. Anything not tied to an order is deleted when you ask [email protected] to delete it.
