Return and Refund Policy
Return anything you have not used within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it.
How to start a return
- Tell us at [email protected] what is coming back and why, and we will confirm where to send it.
- Pack the item as it arrived, including any case, insert or instruction card.
- Send it to the address we confirm, and keep the postage receipt until the refund lands.
- We check the item in, then raise the refund.
What we can accept
Return the item unused and in its packaging. Anything used, marked or incomplete cannot be refunded in full.

Who pays the postage
We meet the cost of returning anything faulty or wrongly supplied. Other returns come back at the customer expense.
When the money arrives
After the item reaches us the refund is processed inside three to five business days, to the original payment method.
