Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before dispatch is free and takes one email.

The window

• Order placed. It joins the queue at the 45 Avenue A counter and can be cancelled instantly.
• Being packed. Still cancellable – call +1 212-995-5991 and we will stop it.
• Handed to the carrier. No longer cancellable; Yarn Haven handles it as a return instead.

How to cancel

Use [email protected] for cancellations, or +1 212-995-5991 if the parcel might already be packed.

If it has already shipped

Once a parcel is in the carrier network we cannot recall it, but a return will get you the same outcome.

Cancellations by us

Yarn Haven cancels an order itself only when an item turns out to be short on the the East Village shelf or the delivery address cannot be reached. In either case we email you first and refund in full within 3-5 business days.
